I bought this from Lanolips because my lips have been super dry lately, and I was really hoping it would help. Meh. It feels thick when you first put it on, so I thought it might actually do something, but after a little while my lips felt dry again.
I kept using it for a few days just in case it needed some time, but nope. I didn’t notice any real difference, and for the price I expected more. It’s not terrible, it just didn’t work for me.

I wanted to like this, but the ingredients just feel kind of cheap to me. Maybe I got a bad batch or maybe they quietly cut corners somewhere, but it didn’t have the quality I was expecting

I really wanted to give this a fair chance, but the smell put me off right away. It has this kind of waxy, odd scent that doesn’t feel fresh at all, and I could still smell it after applying it. The texture itself was fine, so it’s a shame, but it just didn’t seem pleasant enough to keep using. I think it’s fair to expect something you put on your skin to smell decent

I ordered from lanolips.co because my lips were really cracked and I’d seen so many people saying it was amazing. it was a bit disappointing. It feels thick and it definitely stays on, but by the next morning my lips were splitting again, so it didn’t really solve the problem for me. Delivery was fine and the tube is easy enough to use, so I can’t complain about that. What annoyed me more was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out which product would be best, it made the whole thing feel a bit confusing. For the price, I expected better and probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, especially since I was trying to get everything sorted before the weekend, but the delivery took forever. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking it like an idiot while making coffee in the morning and again after work. it was just frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I was disappointed with how long the delivery took. I ordered expecting it to show up in a few days, but it felt like ages, and I barely got any updates along the way lol. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it as much anymore. The products themselves might be totally fine, but the slow delivery definitely makes me hesitant to order again.

I’ve ordered from Lanolips a couple of times now and yeah, overall I’m happy with it. The balms genuinely seem to last forever, which kind of makes the price feel less painful, if that makes sense. It’s definitely not the cheapest lip care out there, and I do find myself thinking some of the products are a bit much for what they are, but then again the quality does feel nicer than the cheaper ones I’ve tried. Delivery was totally fine, nothing dramatic, and the website was easy enough to use. I’d probably buy again, though I’d most likely wait for an offer or discount before stocking up.

The colour payoff is weak unless I really pile it on, and then it starts feeling thick, which is lovely if that’s what you’re going for. It’s not the worst product ever, but for the price, I definitely expected more.

I really wanted to like this balm because the packaging is cute and it felt nice at first, but it seriously irritated my sensitive skin. After using it, my skin got red, itchy, and uncomfortable quickly. I don’t usually complain, but this was bad enough that I feel like it needs to be addressed. If you have sensitive skin, I’d be really careful with this one.

I had a problem with my order and ended up emailing customer service twice before I heard anything back. i was getting impatient waiting around, and when they finally replied it felt like some generic copy-and-paste response that didn’t really fix much. The product itself is okay, but dealing with the issue was frustrating. I expected a lot better
